Thank you to all the members who attended Bridge’s annual traditional Christmas dinner on Wednesday 11th December 2019.

It was a real tasty turkey feast with all the trimmings! (and there was no leftover lentil loaf either!).

At this time of year, not everyone can sit down with loved ones and enjoy a nutritious meal. Bridge recognises the meaning life has when we all feel like we’re part of a 'family', So, when we sat down to eat, we were sharing more than just food.

Members, staff, volunteers and external agencies attended to sing-along with Bing and Nat, to laugh and chat with peers and staff, and best of all…they didn’t have to worry about the washing up!

Christmas Dinner

With not a single 'bah humbug' to be heard, the atmosphere was spirited and light, and everyone we spoke to left feeling full, both bellies and hearts.

Overall, it was a great success, and Bridge are very proud to have played a part in providing an experience for our members, volunteers and staff in which we hope happy memories were made.

With huge thanks to everyone who helped to organise and support the event, and with special thanks to Terry Pearson, our commissioner, for attending, and without whom, this wouldn't have been possible - we hope you all saw the difference we make.
