On 24th August 2017, members and staff from Bridge went on a Women's Camping trip to Grendon Lakes. We had fun and games putting up the tents! This was a new experience for some of the members, as they had never been camping before.
We went for a walk around some of the lakes at Grendon and enjoyed the sunshine, as we had much better weather than the men did! We played some games, had a BBQ and plenty of laughs. A massive thank you to Gemma, who is an experienced camper, for cooking the BBQ for everyone!
We woke up to lovely sunshine in the morning and Anne-Marie kindly cooked everyone a bacon roll, whilst Lucy was on tea/coffee duty.
We packed the tents away and then had a nice walk to see the horses in the next field. The trip was very enjoyable for all that attended.
