Referrals between partners can only serve to increase the facilities available and provide a more comprehensive service, that will meet the needs of the local community.
In August 2003 East Northamptonshire Cultural Trust, a Not for Profit Charitable organisation Limited by Guarantee, trading as Cultural Community Partnerships (CCP) took over the management of leisure facilities owned by East Northamptonshire District Council and responsibility on behalf of the Council for the delivery of cultural activities to the community.
Cultural Community Partnerships manages the Pemberton Leisure and Conference Centre and the Splash Pool both in Rushden. The recently opened Nene Centre in Thrapston which has both wet and dry facilities and Chichele College which is managed on behalf of English Heritage.
CCP delivers a broad range of sports, arts and heritage development work throughout the district realising the aims and objectives of the District Councils Cultural Strategy and needs of the community in partnership with organisations in the statutory, business and voluntary sectors.
