Volunteers play an important role in helping Bridge to meet its Aims and Objectives. They help by filling various roles, such as:
Our aim is to help both volunteers and members secure paid employment by providing them with experience, training, information and guidance.
Our volunteers are required to work with a diverse group of people. Consequently a non-judgmental attitude and an ability to work with vulnerable adults is essential. We require volunteers who are friendly and have a positive attitude.
At Bridge our volunteers are highly valued. People volunteer for many reasons:
To gain experience
To "give something back"
To be a part of something
To "make a difference"
To support people in their recovery
Whatever your reasons for joining our team, we would love to hear from you.
